Steph Wright

Director

Steph has joined the Agribusiness Group as an Environmental Consultant. Born and raised in the Agricultural industry on a mixed Arable system just out of Methven, she has spent her career developing a well-rounded understanding of farm systems. With the ongoing shifts farmers are facing in the Agri sector, it is essential to understand what is going on at the farm gate and work closely with these guys to tackle these ongoing challenges and have viable farm systems at the end of the day. ‘Every system is different and it is impossible to have a one rule fits all, so is hugely important to me to make sure every situation is tackled at an individual level so the solution can be incorporated into your farm system’.
